ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an email confirmation of your order does not constitute BADSEKI's acceptance of the order or a commitment to fulfill the sale. BADSEKI reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit quantities of any item or refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information before accepting and processing any order. After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. However, your order is not considered final until you receive a shipping confirmation or until the products are actually shipped. Before issuing a shipping confirmation, BADSEKI reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or other limitations. If an order is rejected, you will be notified accordingly.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders placed on BADSEKI.com are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Pre-order items are produced on demand and will ship within 2–3 weeks after the order is placed.

All prices are listed in USD.

We accept payments via Credit Cards and PayPal.

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

NO PURCHASE FOR RESALE

Orders placed through BADSEKI.com are intended for personal use only. You may not purchase products as a wholesaler, distributor, or on behalf of any other business or third party for resale purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that your purchase is for personal use and not for resale. BADSEKI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

BADSEKI reserves the right to cancel any transaction if a discount or promotion is found to be unauthorized, altered, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible. We may also modify or cancel any promotion at our discretion due to system errors or unforeseen issues. COLOR ACCURACY

BULK PURCHASING

For bulk orders, BADSEKI reserves the right to deny cancellation and return requests. Additionally, free shipping does not apply to bulk purchases. BADSEKI also reserves the right to refuse cancellation, address changes, and return requests for these orders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you are submitting a legally binding order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation. However, your order is not considered final until you receive a shipping confirmation or until the products have been shipped. BADSEKI reserves the right to cancel any order before shipping due to product unavailability or other limitations. If your order is rejected, you will be notified accordingly.

CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using this site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles, California, for any disputes arising from or related to the use of this site. Use of the site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not uphold all provisions of these Terms, including this section. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

BADSEKI is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by customs, clearance delays, or other external circumstances.

BADSEKI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers must contact their shipping carrier regarding such issues.
