DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • International orders typically take 5-15 business days, depending on customs clearance and location.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

  • Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Expect delays during holidays, sales, pre-orders, and special events.

LOST, STOLEN, & DAMAGED GOODS

  • BADSEKI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

PRE-ORDERS

  • If an in-stock item is ordered with a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • Pre-order shipping dates may be subject to delays.

  • Customers should wait up to 30 days before inquiring about delayed pre-orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESS & FEES

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee, which will depend on the shipping cost from the original location.

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • If there are shipping errors from our end (e.g., wrong item/size sent), customers must contact us at info@badseki.com with their order details.

  • Any items approved for return due to BADSEKI’s error must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
